We are seeking a motivated Mobile Application Marketing Assistant provide one of a kind customer service to our 6k+ current users to resolve any inquiries and support questions from current users. In this role, you will need great communication skills and be able to excel at explaining technical application information to the non-technical users.
**Essential Job Duties:**
* Ensuring the highest levels of customer focus and collaborative working for incidents and problems that are presented and escalated, being the first point of contact for end users to received support in the office.
* Supporting the SunnyFit App and tracking its metrics to drive operational strategy to identify major new initiatives.
* Demonstrating leadership by analyzing and reporting out root cause analysis, proactively escalate trending issues.
* Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely manner ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the cycle of support, providing end-user assistance where required.
* Implement new and improve upon existing support processes within the organization.
* Use performance reporting and data analysis to develop initiatives to ensure the highest level of service and use quantitative metrics to define success and drive the service.
* Rectify application issues and suggest appropriate action/solutions.
Provide application support in accordance with established policies and Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
**Key Qualification:**
* 3+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows & Mac OS platform including mobile devices running Apple iOS & Android mobile operating system.
* Prior knowledge and experience working with Application releases, application software, Application support, Application upgrades, SQL Queries, basic troubleshooting.
* Prior experience with set up and configuration of end-user software, cell phones, and peripherals.
* Experience in growing & scaling a growing organization, keeping pace with the growth.
* Experience with prioritization of time sensitive problems and escalations within work environments.
* Experience working within a progressive support organization and experience providing remote support with customer service and interaction skills.
