Salesforce Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Salesforce Administrator assists in maintaining an effective and efficient Salesforce environment that supports all Keystone Partners’ departments, including but not limited to, sales team, customer success team, and delivery teams. They partner closely with all functional areas to improve productivity and efficiency with processes, reporting, and tools. This role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented individual impacting the daily operation of our business. This role reports to the Lead Salesforce Administrator on the Technology team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user set up, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security.
* Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the business, including custom objects and fields, workflows, and validation rules.
* Spearhead the implementation of advanced automation solutions, such as Salesforce Flows, to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes. Leverage automation to enhance productivity and ensure consistent application of business processes across teams.
* Collaborate with business leaders to conceptualize and execute complex customizations that align with strategic goals. Translate business requirements and objectives into solutions by utilizing Salesforce declarative functionality.
* Design and deploy advanced reports and interactive dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, forecasting, and key business metrics.
* Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications. Provide troubleshooting and ensure data consistency across platforms.
* Execute test scripts to identify pitfalls and recommend solutions to ensure successful deployments of future updates.
* Manage and ensure data integrity within Salesforce by importing, exporting, and updating records as needed. This includes data cleansing and deduplication.
* Assist Salesforce users with day-to-day issues, including login problems, access permissions, and general troubleshooting.
* Collaborate closely with internal Salesforce team members to develop and deploy Salesforce enhancements in agile framework.
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
* Mentor and support Junior Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator
EXPERIENCE
* Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Builder, Platform Developer I, or Marketing Cloud Administrator a plus.
* 5 years of professional Salesforce Administrator experience.
* Technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integration management.
* Proven experience working with an internal Salesforce team in an agile framework to drive Salesforce enhancements and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
* Business analysis and functional experience, with the ability to gather requirements and architect technical solutions.
* Strong communication skills are crucial to working closely with end-users, gathering requirements, and providing support.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure data quality.
* Team Player: Collaboration with other team members, such as third-party developers and business stakeholders, is essential to manage and enhance Salesforce successfully.
* Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes and updates in the Salesforce platform is important as technology evolves.
